Exhibiting at the Arizona Equine Youth Fair is a great venue for selling your product to a
targeted audience.
All booth spaces are 10 x 10. This is an outdoor event so we recommend bringing a tent, table and chairs. There will be a concession stand on site.

Set up is Friday evening from 5:00pm - 8:00pm or Saturday morning starting at 7:00am.
You must be set up before opening at 10:00am on Saturday.

2 exhibitor passes will be provided for each 10 x 10 booth.
Additional passes may be purchased in advance for $5.00 each.
The additional tickets will be in your packet at check-in and you may leave them
at the will call-volunteer entry for your workers upon entry.
Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed to enter and must pay full price for
a ticket at the door. You must leave the name of the worker and the ticket at the
show office each morning prior to doors opening.
