A Vendor Application can be downloaded, filled out, and mailed to the Equi-Venture Promotions office. There is a 50% deposit required at time of contract. Deposits are non-refundable.

Additional furnature, tables, accessories, tents, etc. can be ordered using the Supply Order Form. Send this form to the Festival Of Horses office (this can be mailed with your Vendor Application).

All vendors participating in the AZ horse festival must Apply for a Permit to sell in the State of Arizona. The details and instructions for this are contained in the Special Event Information documentation.

To obtain a Business License from the town of Scottsdale an application must be filled out and submitted.
