Exhibiting at the Arizona Horse Festival and Expo is a great venue for selling your product to a targeted audience.

Booth’s will be set up in a covered arena, no sides, on hard-packed ground. Bring your own tent and flooring. Electrical hook-ups will be provided. Please bring your own extension cords.

Exhibitor Move In
Thursday, December 11, 8:00 am
SECURITY will be provided from Thursday, December 11th at 7pm until Sunday, December 14th at 5pm.

Exhibitor Move Out
Sunday, December 14th, 5:00 pm
Vendors are not allowed to tear down prior to door closing at 5:00 pm.
All exhibits must be down by Sunday night.
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their area after tear down. Dumpsters will be provided.


ADVERTISING


FESTIVAL OF HORSES PROGRAM
The promotion and marketing of this event will be a strong tool for the success of your business during the three days you are in attendance. We are creating a Festival Of Horses Program that will advertise your business to all event participants.

The first Festival Of Horses Program printing will be 10,000.

Exhibitors are eligible for a 20% discount on half page or larger ads.

LIABILITY INSURANCE


LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED
All insurance required shall be maintained in full force and effective from move-in date through move-out date.

Certificate Requirements to Include:
*Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence
Coverage for theft or disaster damage is recommended.

ADMISSION TICKETS


2 passes per day come with each 10 x 10 ordered.
Up to five additional tickets (per day) may be purchased at a discount if ordered by November 1st.

Trailers, Campers, RV's will be issued 2 tickets for first rented space.
More tickets will be issued according to additional spaces rented.
The additional tickets will be in your packet at check-in and you may leave them at the will call-volunteer entry for your workers upon entry.

Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed to enter and must pay full price for a ticket at the door. You must leave the name of the worker and the ticket at the show office each morning prior to doors opening.

All vendors participating in the AZ horse festival must Apply for a Permit to sell in the State of Arizona. The details and instructions for this are contained in the Special Event Information documentation.
