Exhibiting at the Arizona Horse Festival and Expo is a great venue for selling your product to a targeted audience.

Booths are sold per 10' x 10'. Booths are piped, draped & carpeted. One 20 amp circuit electrical distribution will be provided. Bring your own extension cords.

Exhibitor Move In

SECURITY will be provided from Thursday, Nov. 8 until Monday, Nov. 12.

Exhibitor Move Out
Sunday, November 11, 5:00 pm
Vendors are not allowed to tear down prior to door closing at 5:00 pm.
All exhibits must be down by noon on Monday.
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their area after tear down.


ADVERTISING


EQUINE SERVICE DIRECTORY
The promotion and marketing of this event will be a strong tool for the success of your business during the three days you are in attendance. We are creating an industry-wide equine service directory that will advertise your business not only at the event but also in prime locations throughout the United States.

This is a ‘first time ever’ directory attempting to unite the sellers and buyers through one common media. First service directory printing will be 10,000.

Exhibitors are eligible for a 20% discount on half page or larger ads.


LIABILITY INSURANCE


LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED
All insurance required shall be maintained in full force and effective from move-in date through move-out date.

Certificate Requirements to Include:
*Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence
Coverage for theft or disaster damage is recommended.

Additional electrical needs must be pre-ordered to be installed at the time of the electrical set up.

Tables, chairs, carpet, etc. may be purchased for an additional fee.


ADMISSION TICKETS


2 passes per day come with each 10 x 10 ordered.
Up to five additional half-price tickets (per day) may be purchased if ordered with submission of vendor contract, or by October 1st.

Trailers, Campers, RV's will be issued 2 tickets for first rented space.
More tickets will be issued according to additional spaces rented.
The additional tickets will be in your packet at check-in and you may leave them at the will call-volunteer entry for your workers upon entry.

Anyone without a ticket will not be allowed to enter and must pay full price for a ticket at the door. You must leave the name of the worker and the ticket at the show office each morning prior to doors opening.
